(i) Terms & Conditions

1. Admission Policy

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees and completion of document verification.
Students must provide accurate and complete personal and academic information.
The Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel admission in case of misconduct, misrepresentation, or submission of false information.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees must be paid within the prescribed due dates.
Late payment charges may apply after the due date.
Study material, examination fees, test series, and special courses may carry additional charges, as applicable.

3. Attendance & Discipline

Regular attendance and punctuality are compulsory.
Students must maintain proper discipline and respectful behaviour inside and outside the classroom.
Use of abusive language, misconduct, indiscipline, or disturbance may result in suspension or termination of admission.

4. Study Material

Notes, assignments, recordings, test papers, and other educational materials provided by the Institute are the intellectual property of Meritorious Tutorials.
Sharing, copying, reproducing, uploading, selling, or distributing study material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Online Classes

Recording, screen-capturing, or sharing online lectures without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Students are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, device, and other technical facilities required for online classes.

6. Test Series & Results

Test performance is intended for academic evaluation and progress monitoring purposes only.
Meritorious Tutorials does not guarantee selection, rank, marks, admission, or success in any examination.

7. Batch Transfer

Requests for batch changes or transfers are subject to seat availability and management approval.
Batch transfer is not guaranteed and may be subject to applicable terms and conditions.

8. Liability

The Institute is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to students’ personal belongings.
Students are responsible for maintaining proper conduct and taking care of their personal belongings within the Institute premises.

9. Modification of Policies

The management of Meritorious Tutorials reserves the right to modify, amend, or update its rules, fees, schedules, academic procedures, and policies at any time. Such changes will be applicable as communicated by the Institute.

(II) Refund Policy:

Course Cancellation & Fee Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellation by Student

If a student cancels their admission within 7 days from the date of admission, the full course fee paid by the student will be refunded, after deduction of the non-refundable admission fee.

No refund will be provided if the student cancels the course after 7 days from the date of admission or after commencement of classes, whichever is earlier.

2. Course Cancellation by Institute

If the Institute cancels a course or batch for any reason, the student will be eligible for a refund of the applicable course fee, subject to the applicable non-refundable charges.

With the student’s consent, the eligible amount may alternatively be transferred or adjusted towards another batch or course offered by the Institute.

3. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, along with valid payment proof. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after completion of the required formalities.

4. Transfer/Adjustment

Where applicable, the eligible fee may be adjusted or transferred to another batch or course with the student’s consent.

5. Final Decision

All cancellation, refund, transfer, and adjustment requests shall be subject to the Institute’s applicable terms and conditions and the final decision of the management.
